Can I pay by card?
Yes, card, Apple Pay or bank transfer, all handled on a secure provider page.
When will it ship?
Same working day if ordered before 15:00, otherwise within 24 hours. You get tracking when the label is made.
How long does delivery take?
7–10 working days, tracked. It is longer than a normal shop because parcels leave from the central warehouse rather than a local depot.
Where do you ship?
US, UK, CA, AU, NZ and the EU. Checkout validates the country; anything outside that list, ask in the chat first.
Is the packaging discreet?
Plain outer box, no branding, nothing to sign for. Cold pack and foil pouch inside.
Will I pay customs?
No duty on arrival for the US, UK, CA, AU, NZ or the EU, those are shipped DDP.
Pens or vials?
Pens arrive pre-mixed and dialled in units, so there is no needle maths. Vials are cheaper per milligram and need bacteriostatic water, which we add at checkout if you tick it.
How do I store it?
Lyophilised vials: fridge or a cool dark drawer, 2–8°C. Once mixed: fridge, use within 28 days. Never freeze a mixed vial.
What dose do I take?
Each product page gives the literature range and a protocol note. Start at the low end and hold a week before changing anything, it is a research range, not a prescription.
How do I track my order?
The confirmation email links to a tracking page. No login; the link is the key, so keep it.
My parcel is late.
Check the tracking first. If a stage has not moved in five working days, message the chat and we re-issue.
Something arrived damaged or short.
Send a photo in the chat within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it on the next dispatch, no return needed.
Can I return an order?
Within 30 days if the seal is intact, as store credit. Because payment settles in crypto, credit is issued rather than a card reversal.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Before the label is generated, yes, message the chat. After it, the parcel has to go where it was addressed.
