Dispatch window
Orders are packed the same working day when placed before 15:00, and within 24 hours otherwise. You get a tracking number by email when the label is generated.
Transit time
7-10 working days. It is longer than the product pages imply because demand is currently outrunning inbound stock and parcels leave from our central warehouse rather than a local depot.
Cold chain
Lyophilised peptides ship at ambient in foil pouches with a gel pack. Pens ship in an insulated sleeve. Neither needs dry ice.
Customs
US, UK, CA, AU, NZ and the EU are served DDP, no duty to pay on arrival. Anything outside that list is DDU.
